There is a hiking trail in the Ozarks on Round Top Mountain just above the little town of Jasper Arkansas.  I've been driving by this spot for years and never knew what was there.  Take a look at the photos.  A B25 crashed into the mountain in 1947 and one of the engines sits on a rock at the trailhead.  I hope to get up there again this spring and hike the trail.  I've been told there are other bits of wreckage that can be spotted in the woods.
