Swanson Arisaka blanks

A word from Joe Swanaon: He is running out of the extended cartridge cases for the 7.7mm blanks.  To make them stretch out he will start putting 40 rounds of the extended cases and 60 rounds of the shorter ones in a bag.  Doing this will allow his supply of brass to last longer.  Joe doesn't think he can get any more of the longer cases. His reasoning is that on the 7.7 rifles the rounds on the right side feed OK but the ones on the left side need the extended cases to feed correctly in most rifles.  Loading your stripper clips you need to load a short, long, short, long and a short.

I have a Jap 38 Arisaka Rifle for sale which was converted by the Chinese to 8 mm Mauser.  The bore is pretty well shot out although it does still shoot live ammo.  You just can't hit anything reliably past 25 yards but it would make a great reenactment gun and solve those Jap blank problem.  NRA Good perhaps.  See listing of AXIS weapons for sale for the price.
