15-17 May, The Siegfried Line, Tolland, Massachusetts

$20.00 PRE-REGISTRATION CLOSES APRIL 30, 2009 REGISTRATION AT THE GATE $25.00

DIRECTIONS: Make your way to Rt 57W in Tolland MA, Burt Hill Road is Directly off Rt 57W. Look for the signs. Travel smart! Be careful to obey all posted speed limits, they are strictly enforced. Make sure that blanks, firearms, and any edged weapons are cased and locked in the trunk of your vehicle.
FIREARMS: Massachusetts state law requires trigger locks while transporting firearms, certain firearms may fall under certain MA restrictions. Transport at your own risk. Please consult www.goal.org (Gun Owners Action League) for more information on MA Gun law. NFA CLASS III FIREARMS: 1043 Burthill Rd, Tolland MA (Hampden County) 01034 

AGE RESTRICTION: Age restriction is 16 Years old for combatants ,14 for Non-Combatants. 

REGISTRATION: Preregistration $20, $25 at the gate. Last day of preregistration is April 30, 2009 Registration forms and waivers are available to download online here and also in the files section of the Yahoo! e-group. 

MEDICS: Combat medics may attend for reduced fee of $10. Medics must be able to report for the 8:30 medics briefing and have a proper medic impression.

SCENARIO: The Military Reeanactment Commemoration will take place on 80+ acres of privately-owned land in the beautiful Southwestern Massachusetts foothills. The land features a small wooden village, bunkers, wetlands, and varying forested terrain. The Battlefield commanders are given real objectives and you must work to achieve them as a team. As the battle progresses additional objectives will be added to serve as variables in the uncertainty of war. We hope you will join us for our Annual Event at Tolland MA. Those of you that have come in past years, know the quality of the events we host and the effort we put into creating interesting multi-objective scenarios. AUTHENTICITY: Letís all do our part to portray our veterans accurately. Show up in proper kit and grooming. Units or individuals who do not comply will be refunded their money and asked to leave the premises. 

TENTING: All units are welcome to camp Friday Afternoon-Sunday Morning. While we encourage that all units have a proper field camping impression, it is not required for attendance. Participants without correct WWII tenting, will be required to set up in a separate area. Modern items will not be permitted in the period areas.

MILITARY FLEA MARKET: Open Air Flea Market Space is free - Bring a table. Check the web for updates on vendors who will be on site!

EVENT INFO: Firewood, water, Port-o-johns provided. This is an insured event under the Western Front Association. A Documentary will be filmed by the landowner, and edited into a movie which will be made available at a later date. In order to maintain authenticity and exclusivity of this film project, this event takes place on private property and is closed to the public. Participants are restricted to members of recognized reenactment organizations only. Participants should arrive no later 0900 Saturday morning, and are highly encouraged to arrive on Friday as things move very swiftly Saturday Morning.

0830 Unit commanders tactical briefing and planning.
0900 Formation & Registration Card Check
0930 March Out.
1000 Military Reeanactment Commemoration Begins
1600 Military Reeanactment Commemoration Ends
1700 Debrief - review of the battle / Point dispersion.
