What a year 2020 has been. It’s time to start looking towards 2021.
Registration will undergo some major changes for the 2021 Swap Meet.
You can register simply by replying to this email, or via separate email, with your name, the number of tables you need, and your list of workers. The form is at the end of this email. You will be required to pay for your tables, with cash or check, when you arrive at the Pavilion to begin setting up.
PLEASE READ THE REST OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT VERY CAREFULLY.
Please consider limiting, if necessary, the number of workers for your tables.
I know we’re all tired of Codiv-19. We’re hoping that all mandates and restrictions will be lifted by the time of the sale, but that may not be the case. Current restrictions for The Pavilion at Lemay are no more than 280 people in the building at one time, social distancing applies, and masks MUST be worn inside the facility.
Vendor guidelines
Reservations will be accepted through February 15, 2021 or 90 tables sold, whichever comes first. Tables will not be reserved after that date. Checks for table rentals will be made payable to the Friends of Jefferson Barracks. Vendors will be required to provide a list of names of workers.
Any firearm manufactured prior to January 1, 1899 may be bought, sold, or traded; however, it is the responsibility of the vendor to prove date of manufacture, if questions arise. Reproduction black powder muzzleloading firearms may be bought, sold, or traded, regardless of date of manufacture. Skins, feathers, etc. of endangered animals cannot be bought, sold, or traded.
The program will be open to representatives of all historical periods to sell or trade their goods, recruit for their organizations, book signings by authors, traditional crafters, etc.
