The 9th Division is hosting our annual Soldiers Christmas event at Fort Mott. Units, and individual displays are welcome to sign up for this event.
This event kicks off at Finns Point Cemetary and then moves to the fort at dusk.
The public starts at Honor Flight (Philly) for a brief meeting with Santa, then the public lantern tours "begin". At the museum, groups are formed, and sent through history with a guide.
We would like to have folks attend / participate who want to interact with crowd as if they are part of your era. You will need lanterns, candles, etc for your display. Groups will need to register on our website so we know who is attending and how much coffee to brew.
The event is free to registered groups and the fort does not charge the public either.

Like HSW (last weekend) you should expect a large crowd, and a crowd that wants to learn!

Our website is www.9thdivision.com

Indoor (battery / casemate) positions and outdoor field positions are available as always. More casemates become available each year, as the reconstruction continues.
